Memorandum: with reference to the Diary of the "Tye" for reported on the 13th instant.
Wun Wah, Master of the "Tye Cheong" trading boat, reports that he left "Roy-fung" on the afternoon of the 15th instant, at which time the "Tye Stop" had arrived at that place with her cargo as she left Hongkong.
He reports that she had been attacked by pirates.
